Add a short subsection to the README noting that this repository receives automated pull requests dispatched by Ploeg (the webgrip dispatch plane), opened by the agent-builder bot as agent/vik-* branches, and that such PRs are always human-merged.

Gate output

No local Go toolchain or cached Docker images available in this environment; gates could not be executed. Change is README-only (documentation), so gofmt/vet/build/test and helm gates are not affected.
