Why

Nothing has released since rc.32 (run 604, 2026-10-01). The repository variables are now UNFOLD_RELEASES_ENABLED and UNFOLD_DOCS_PUBLISH_ENABLED, but the workflows still read GLIDE_*, so every development push skipped release and site-release, and the docs gate logged Documentation publication enabled: false from run 623 on.

Change

• The three workflows read the UNFOLD_ variables.
• The workflow policy test, the live operations and concept docs follow. Dated research and evidence keep the old names.
• ADR-0013 drops the variables from its list of names still to change and records the rename.
• workflow-policy.test.cjs expects cloudflare-deploy.yml@v2.7.7, the pin Renovate already moved to (mise run release-check failed on development before this).

Verification

• mise run release-check: 39 pass, 0 fail.
• mise run docs-check: passes.
• After merge, the push run's release job should run and cut unfold-v0.4.0-rc.33 from the pending fixes.

The repository variables were renamed to UNFOLD_RELEASES_ENABLED and
UNFOLD_DOCS_PUBLISH_ENABLED on 2026-10-01, but the workflows still read
the GLIDE_ names. Every development push since run 604 skipped the
release and site-release jobs, and docs publication resolved to false.

Also expect cloudflare-deploy at v2.7.7, the pin Renovate moved to.

fix(vloer): accept the editor's synced core imports in the source check ... de477de995

media/task.js imports ./core/*.js, which the extension build copies from
public/core/ into a gitignored directory. On a clean checkout the check
reported them missing; CI passed only on a cached gate result.
