Replace the restrained marketing page with the approved, on-brand Unfold redesign: oversized typography, a connected paper evidence scene, a self-paced recorded Shift explorer, clearer architecture and current/planned boundaries, and responsive English/Dutch layouts. Preserve the generated brand, real demo data, signup behavior and release isolation. Add the reusable expressive-product-sites skill plus a dated research and validation record in apps/site/docs/design/redesign-2026-10.md. Validation: all repository gates passed after merging current development; 65 site tests and production CSP validation passed; the approved build had zero axe findings across ten pages and 100 performance/accessibility/best-practices Lighthouse desktop/mobile lab samples. Manual checks cover both locales/themes, narrow layouts, enlarged text, keyboard/focus continuity and reduced motion. The design record states the measurement conditions and untested environments.

Lead with a recorded Shift, then connect its evidence to managed execution and human review. Preserve the established brand and qualify current capabilities and planned pricing in both languages.

Add accessible navigation, manual and pausable exploration, reduced-motion support and responsive text scaling. Validate all repository gates, 65 site tests, the production build and ten-page accessibility scan.

Make real work and evidence the visual centerpiece with monumental type, a connected paper scene, a dark technical chapter and a red human-control statement.

Keep the existing brand geometry and truthful product boundaries. Add keyboard-operated mobile paper views, preserve focus across reflow, and respect reduced motion. Validate repository gates, 65 site tests, ten-page axe scans and desktop/mobile Lighthouse.
