Shared TypeScript configs for Webgrip repos.

astro-static

The strict base for Astro static sites (source: twente.dev's config, the stricter of the two sites; webgrip.nl aligned up 2026-09-03).

include/exclude stay in the consumer on purpose: TypeScript resolves them relative to the file that declares them, and a shared config lives inside node_modules.
