Four-angle parallel fan-out (spec crawl, source-repo dig, ecosystem adoption plus explicit absence checks, local seam map), a verdict-led report separating maturity from fit, and a dossier + ledger row + conditional watchlist item landed in the consumer repo with falsifiable triggers. Born from the 2026-07-27 AHP and 2026-07-28 A2A sweeps in webgrip/ploeg; genericized per the vikunja-product-owner pattern (instance facts live in a contract block in the consumer repo, never in the instructions). Scaffolded with scripts/new_skill.py; body 52 lines with bulk in reference.md; 5 eval cases incl. a should-NOT-trigger probe. npm run check + npm test pass; release plan shows 0.1.0 initial. Trigger probe (scripts/run_evals.py) not yet run — on-demand per CLAUDE.md.
