Records the 2026-10-02 external code quality, security and architecture review in docs/research/2026-10-02-code-quality-review.md, so its PDF and evidence bundle could be deleted.

  • Summary: the verdict, all 15 findings with their status on current development and their Vikunja tickets (epic VIK-1714), the 8 architecture recommendations, and the review's limitations.
  • Finding details (new): for each open finding, where it lives (file and symbol), what goes wrong, the fix the review proposed, and when it counts as fixed. Every location was re-checked on development @ ce6e2db.
