Clears the "Package lookup failures" warning on the Renovate dashboard (#1). The two images in apps/ploeg/ops/helm/ploeg/ci/executor-values.yaml are test fixtures, not published images, so the lookup can never succeed.

custom-agent and opencode-runner in executor-values.yaml only exist to
render every harness branch of the pod template. Renovate looked them up
in Harbor, found nothing, and flagged 'Package lookup failures' on the
dependency dashboard.
