The Compose fixture, demo.sh and probe.sh predate managed worker
authentication: ploegd now refuses to start with their settings, and they
bound a known webhook secret on all interfaces. The unified local demo
(mise run demo-unified) is the qualified path; point the README and the
executor contract at it.

The deleted probe.sh was the only end-to-end probe of the unattended webhook → claim → outcome path, but it used unauthenticated legacy claims that current ploegd refuses. A managed-auth integration test is filed as a follow-up.

Verified with mise run verify on the pinned toolchain (all gates passed).
