Promotes development to main again, so the site can cut its first stable release (unfold-site-v0.1.0) and deploy unfoldhq.dev.

The first promotion (#234, run 987) was taken at bd244709, before #232. checks on main then failed on the site lint (MX and TXT were not declared for DNSControl), and site-release was skipped. development has carried the fix since #232. Its own checks passed in run 989, which released unfold-v0.4.0-rc.39.

Merge with a merge commit, as apps/site/docs/deploy.md describes. Only the site releases from main; Unfold's release job stays limited to development.

fix(site): declare DNSControl's MX and TXT for the linter ... dd97fa6d48

#230 added MX and TXT records to ops/dns/dnsconfig.js, but the lint
config lists DNSControl's globals by name, so `eslint .` failed with
no-undef and the development checks went red.
